Scissortail Park

Scissortail Park is a new public space in downtown Oklahoma City which offers lots of activities to enjoy. A series of events will celebrate the opening of the Upper Park in September 2019, including a concert headlined by the band Kings of Leon. An animated video was released to help promote the grand opening events. I was commissioned to create vector figures and scenery for the animation. We decided to go with a rather flat, simple style, taking some inspiration from cut paper artwork. The illustrations below show the assets and scenes I made for the project. Designer Ben Ehrlich used these items to create the final animation.
